Monte Pisano's trail network includes dozens of CAI-marked routes through olive groves, chestnut woods and Mediterranean scrubland. From easy family walks to challenging summit hikes.

Among the most popular trails: the route to Rocca della Verruca, the Buti ring through historic olive groves, the Calci to Vicopisano traverse and the springs trail along the Medici Aqueduct.

Monte Pisano offers mountain bike routes for all levels: technical single tracks through woods, panoramic dirt roads and enduro routes with challenging elevation.

For road cyclists, the hillside lanes between Monte Pisano villages are ideal for cycle touring, with gentle climbs and rewarding views. E-bikes available at La Tana make even challenging routes accessible.

Monte Pisano's rock faces offer several equipped crags for sport climbing, with routes of varying difficulty in unique landscape settings. The San Giuliano and Uliveto Terme crags are among the most popular.

La Tana del Cinghiale will open in 2027. The country house is being prepared to offer accommodation immersed in the Tuscan countryside. The apartments will be available as holiday rentals.
